    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Maintain and service existing accounts
    • Build and manage a sales team
    • Add new accounts and grow user/installation base
    • Plan and execute sales, marketing and training programs to meet revenue and performance goals
    • Respond to projects as well as sales enquiries with prompt and effective follow-up
    • Sales presentations, demonstrations, tender and proposal preparation, and closing of Sales
    • Work closely with Agriculture team to maximize market potential as well as to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Keeping abreast of competitor products and activities

    Requirement

    • Minimum 4 years’ experience in food sales or relevant.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Resourceful, Aggressive, Self-motivated and Result Oriented
    • Good at English is preferable

  • • In charge of sales network development in Central part of Vietnam market: market survey, development, support. 

    • Make & implement development Sale strategy, follow up result and adjust strategy according to actual market situation

    • Seek & approach potential customer to sell  products;

    • Maintain good relationship with current key account customers and develop new key account customers

    • Take part and be responsible for other supporting sales activities 

    • Other task as assigned by Sales manager/director.

    • University Graduate in Business, Marketing major

    • Good at English (TOEIC 600 or IELTS 6 as minimum)

    • MALE/FEMALE under 30 years old 

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales 

    • Strong sense of responsibility, positive mind and initiative action

  • Marketing Executives works closely with other employees from advertising, market research, production, sales and distribution staff.

    You are responsible for:

    1. Digital marketing
      • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers
      • Manage and develop content on social media, email marketing
      • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn etc. to increase company and brand awareness and engagement.
      • Prepare online marketing newsletter and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
      • Update website, collaborate with designer to improve user experience

    2. Content writing
      • Develop content strategy aligned with short term and long term marketing targets
      • Optimize content according to SEO
      • Collaborate with designer to plan and develop site content, style and layout
      • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic, ensuring compliance with law (copyright and data protection)

    Requirements:

    • University graduate with major of Marketing/ Business/ Economic
    • At least 1 experience years in marketing
    • Excellent English and writing skills. At least IELTS 6.5 ( 6.0 in writing)
    • Young and dynamic to run events and adapt to the fast change
    • Social media knowledge to manage centre FB/Instagram/LinkedIn…
    • Event experience to plan and execute event in centre
    • Interpersonal skill to coordinate well with all departments
    • Logical thinking and smart 
    • Basic Photoshop, Ai, picture/ video editing… skill is preferable.
